The members of our songwriting and production team who work on your song will see the relevant details, because they need them to do the work. They are bound by confidentiality obligations. If you do not want your story or finished song used in any sample, portfolio, or marketing context, just tell us and we will honor that.

• Songwriters and production team: the songwriters, vocalists, and audio engineers — who may be independent contractors — assigned to create your song, under confidentiality obligations.

• Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Beloved Songs, our customers, or others.

• With your direction: when you ask us to share your song or information, such as through a private sharing link you distribute.
